Baltazar De Cordes

Baltazar De Cordes was a fierce pirate who ruled the seas until a young dragon turtle capsized his ship (The Sudden Storm). He and his men went down with the ship. Some believe his spirit lives on with his crew and ship and they still rule the waters in a ghostly version of his ship.
