Built from Truffula wood, the buildings here stand tall as citizens and travelers make their way through the cratered streets. The village issued a letter of secession 12 years ago, and no one has noticed yet. They firmly believe themselves to be a sovereign nation.

• Hulmes's Merry Bar: A Tavern owned by Hulmes Kristryd, a Changeling who has shoulder-length curly red hair with an almost hypnotic voice and air of importance and hates children.
