The Red Wasteland

The Red Wasteland is the desert that exists on the northern coast of Umos. It stretches from the east to west coast, above Richwick Mountains. It is distinct for is red sands and horn-like mountains that emerge from the earth below. Few civilizations can exist here due to its sweltering heat and extreme lack of water. Stiminia is able to remain standing for so long due to its natural spring that keeps the town rejuvenated during the droughts, and it is on the half of The Red Wasteland which experiences the much less extreme temperatures and droughts.
