Elmer Tosen

A rich half orc living in Dark Mound. He lives in a large home on the south edge of the city, a converted church. Not a lot is known locally about him. He seems to have a lot of interest in the university and isn't allowed onto the campus. He spends a lot of time going to Dark Mystery’s  often arriving with a covered wheel barrow, and leaving with a sack of gold.
