The Awakening of the Elemental Lords

The druids and elementalists, with the aid of the summoned Elemental Lords, attempted to cleanse the continents of Zalam and Onura from the influence of the Forgotten Ones, achieving success in restoring the lands, but finding the deep-rooted corruption of Ngaro resistant to their purification efforts.

In a desperate bid to cleanse Ithon from the insidious influence of the Forgotten Ones, the druids and elementalists, wielding their mastery over the natural elements, embarked on a perilous journey to summon the mighty Elemental Lords.   Gathering in sacred groves and ancient temples, the druids and elementalists performed intricate rituals, channelling their collective energy to reach out to the primordial forces of water, earth, fire, and air. Their pleas were heard, and one by one, the Elemental Lords manifested before them.   Maeloris, the embodiment of water, emerged from the depths of the vast ocean, his presence bringing forth tidal waves and soothing rains. Terralus, the titan of earth, arose from the heart of the mountains, causing the ground to tremble and flourish with vibrant flora. Tephra, the blazing incarnation of fire, erupted from volcanic peaks, engulfing the lands in purifying flames. Aeris, the swift and ethereal lord of air, descended from the heavens, bringing with him gusts of rejuvenating winds.   Together, the druids and elementalists pleaded with the Elemental Lords to aid them in purging the corruption that plagued the continents. With solemn determination, the Elemental Lords unleashed their immense powers, their elemental might intertwining to create a storm of cleansing energy that swept across Ithon.   As rivers ran crystal clear, vibrant forests reclaimed the tainted lands, volcanoes ceased their destructive eruptions, and gentle breezes carried away the lingering darkness, it seemed that victory was within reach. The continents were restored to their former glory, infused with the purity and vitality of nature's elements.   However, the taint of the Forgotten Ones ran deep in the heart of Ngaro. Despite the best efforts of the druids and elementalists, the darkness proved too entrenched, resisting the purification attempts. The Elemental Lords' powers could only reach so far, and their energies waned when confronted with the depths of malicious corruption.
