Era beginning/end
The Forgotten Ones, with their oppressive rule, enslaved the mortal races for ten thousand years and revelled in their malicious dominion over Ithon.
After the War of the Gods, the Forgotten Ones, malevolent manifestations born from The Creator's nightmares, fueled by the chaos of the War of the Gods. Saw their chance to strike Ithon because the Gods were focused on themselves after they were banished. They landed on the continent of Ngaro and enslaved and stripped The defenceless mortals of their freedom, made them live in perpetual darkness, and crushed their spirits under the weight of tyranny. Ithon, once a thriving world of beauty, suffered under the oppressive reign of the Forgotten Ones. The Forgotten Ones, twisted beings of malice and power, revelled in their dominion over Ithon. They ravaged the once-glorious landscapes, desecrating the sacred places that had once inspired awe and reverence. Mortals, once filled with hope and vitality, now bowed their heads in despair, their dreams of freedom fading like distant memories. The defeat of the Forgotten Ones remains shrouded in mystery, as the God of Knowledge, Kresseida, intentionally destroyed all records, while the God of Secrets, Umbra, safeguarded the forbidden knowledge, ensuring that their existence would never be revealed or allowed to manifest again.
