J.B. Nevercott

J.B. Nevercott is an outgoing haberdasher who operates out of his shop in the Trades Ward.
He has a variety of hats to sell in his store, and is often paid to craft custom headwear for nobles and adventurers alike.
The party met him when he wandered into Trollskull Manor a few days before its grand opening and offered a partnership: in exchange for posting an advertisement in their tavern, he would give them a discount on his commissioning services.
