Urstul Floxin

A glorified thug-turned-assassin with all the charm and breeding of a true snake, Urstul Floxin is the suspected leader of the splinter cell of Zhentarim that separated themselves from the Doom Raiders. Urstul is a large, heavy-set man who looks to be in his forties. His description matches the one of the lone Black Network agent that escaped the carnage of the Fireball incident on Kythorn the 12th. After pocketing something from the gnome's corpse, he barely made it back to his safehouse at Gralhund Villa, only a few blocks away from Trollskull Alley. The heroes did not have a chance to interact with him at the Gralhund Villa bloodbath before he teleported away using a magical ring, but they were told by Lady Gralhund that Urstul's Zhentarim agents held her family hostage so they could operate out of her home. His current location is unknown.
