A long-time Waterdeep local legend, Keiler is the rumored mad wizard behind Blue Alley, a sinister network of deadly traps and hidden dangers in the Sea Ward.
He is known for stealing valuable things from all sorts of people, from the unluckiest farmer to the most well-protected magic arms merchant. He steals things from people and uses them as enticing rewards for would-be adventurers to overcome the gauntlet of trials in his trap-ridden dungeon.
Nobody has ever seen him or spoke to him, yet many know who he is, curiously enough.
