Salispon

Salispon is a much smaller island with a much smaller mark on the overall layout of the Black Gulf they offer a place to stop for trade before sailing out of Icelia. A much quieter pirate town a common place for ships to make their last stops after a long and successful career. Along the borders of the town you could spot a great many number of pirate manors of those who have found great success and chose to settle down.
