The Enclave is a city on the downfall as any citizen will tell you, corruption among the court of the captain and his officers has led the city down a foul path, as much as Boothstead is a criminal hive The Enclave could triple it, only those who either cannot make it out of town or people with a deathwish would choose to live here.
