Incandescent glowing Vial

This is a small round glass vial of a glowing purple liquid.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

When thrown or spilt, it creates an area under the effect of the dancing lights spell, and the motes created are purplish in hue. The air has a subtle sweet flavor. If consumed, the creature gains one use of the dancing lights spell. The liquid tastes like grape flavored sugar water... its almost too sweet.
