Fai Shun

Fai Shun the beneficent first revealed himself to the Vanara during the attack of Tau Khutruc, the legend goes that the day the flames ripped through the city Iori himself made the flames snuff and the wooden buildings harden. Fai Shun is an ancient golden dragon who fought and killed Tau Khutruc on the day of destruction. Legend has it that if any Vanara that truly needs his assistance will have it, however the day of destruction was the last time Fai Shun revealed himself, excluding the stories of the odd drunk in a bar or old ex-adventurer.

The Old Hermit

At the top of Fai Shun mountain lives the dragon himself, any who come to visit however will rarely find a dragon atop the peak, but an old Vanaran man and his pet tiger. Fai Shun often takes this humanoid form as he finds it is often comforting for those who wish to speak to him and disarming to any who would do him harm. He will offer them a seat at his table, and a drink to go with it and he will talk to them. No need for confrontation or dazzling spectacles. Though that's not to say visitors are common far from it, though on occasion some bandit or desperate adventurer will make the climb and come to visit him. 
As with most dragons, Fai Shun is a hoarder. Though it is not gold he hoards, the golden dragon hoards the memories of others. he will extract them from his guests (with their permission of course) and will savour them, each one an individuals experience, never to been had again.

Shemri

Shemri is a Chem Chem,  is an intelligent celestial white tiger given to Fai Shun by Irori himself. Shemri holds with her mind all the memories Fai Shun has hoarded over the centuries. She also serves as company to the lonely wyrm atop the mountain, keeping him entertained while he watches over the people of Teskelia.
