Doctor Adelle Leaby Bhilvod
Adelle Bhilvod was the Head Specialist of Cuhcil University from the age of 25 until he retired at the age of 60. He was the first ever Head Specialist of the school.

Personal history
Adelle was born and raised in Bhcu Cuhcil, and the Cuhcil Traditionalist values were heavily ingrained into him. His parents were simple farmers, that worked the upper level.
He grew up during the Medical renaissance and was there at the founding of Bhcu Cuhcil Medical Society, was a major player in getting the Vondren Medical License system set up, and was appointed the first Head Specialist of Cuhcil University of the Medical Sciences.
By the end of his life he had more than earned the respect he'd been given as one of the front runners of the medical field.

Mental Trauma
As a medical professional he's seen his fair share of people he could not help and friends getting snatched up by pirates. They have left more than a few scars on the kind man's mind.
As such he was highly against the stripping of licences that took place within the Bhcu Cuhcil Medical Society, as he felt they were more akin to a death sentence for many a doctor who didn't 'fall in line'.
