What? It was all about your partner? And here I though you had a thing for me.PhantomF00l, usually just called Broker, is an information broker based in Ciarn's Center District. They work with a loose network of spies and hackers to preform their job. They seem to be jacked in at all times, and can be reached through secure channels no matter the hour. Even when met outside the source they keep their identity hidden, never taking off their CyberConnect mask.

Personal history
The username PhantomF00L is one that is passed from one person to another and has been around for longer than living memory. Not much is know about this particular iteration, or was known about any of the previous. A private bunch with one thing in common, a need for information.
Gender Identity
Despite that, PF is referred to with they/them pronouns when we write about them.
Sexuality
Although their sexuality isn't known, they will flirt if they think it will through you off or get under your skin. Or just to break the tension in awkward situations.
Employment
A data broker, someone who collects information like a hoarder, sharing it for hefty prices if they are so inclined.
Mental Trauma
Many of their old colleges have been vanishing or dyeing in odd ways the last few years, so they're extremely on edge and even more suspicious of people than usual.
