Conventions and Legend

Welcome to the official encyclopedia for the JayPlays WolfQuest canon! This site is maintained by JayZX535 and Rainpath5466, and covers the stories and characters from the many different WolfQuest playthroughs on the JayPlays channel. Much of the content in this encyclopedia is sourced from data gathered by members of the JayPlays supporter discord (special thanks to everyone who's helped us collect all this info!), alongside officially kept episode notes.  Most of the content here is simply a summary of what has been revealed in various videos and livestreams, however because this encyclopedia is maintained by and with the assistance of Jay herself, sometimes you might also find additional lore tidbits and clarifications that haven't been officially confirmed in a video.

This site follows a number of conventions that make it easier to understand the content you are looking at. Some of these conventions are global, while others apply specifically to certain page types.

Global Conventions

Global conventions apply across all encyclopedia pages, unless specifically stated elsewhere.
  • Italicized entries refer to content for which no official public source exists. This can include backstory characters who never featured in an actual playthrough, causes of death that were never confirmed onscreen, etc. If an entry is italicized, no further confirmation exists for it at this time beyond what exists within the pages of this encyclopedia.

Character Pages

Character page conventions apply across encyclopedia pages for individual characters (or groups of pups).
  • Strike through names are used to indicate a pup that passed away to various causes before becoming an adult. Please note, this does not include wolves who passed away during their playthroughs as an adult! It is specifically used to refer to pups who died before they could be given a playthrough.

Pack Pages

Pack pages apply across encyclopedia pages regarding packs.
  • Strike through names are used to indicate a pup that passed away to various causes before becoming an adult. Please note, this does not include wolves who passed away during their playthroughs as an adult! It is specifically used to refer to pups who died before they could be given a playthrough.
