End Times

There have been two so called "End Times" in the history of Jeharr, this term is used to refer to the major world endangering events in which the corrupting influence of Blair and Lech threatened to destroy the world. The first of these periods came around the year 5000 BBA when Blair nearly corrupted the souls of the Mortals that were killed in conflicts between the Inheritor Species and the Pestilent Species. This event caused the Inheritor Species and the Pestilent Species to be forced to work together for the sake of saving Jeharr and all who lived there from destruction at the hands of Blair.
The Second Coming of the End Times was in the year 38 ABA, when Yzeron one of the Heralds of Chaos defeated the last of the heroes who had held it at bay since the first End Times. It took the combined efforts of all of the different peoples of Jeharr and a group of heroes known as The Final Hour to finally defeat this vestige of the past. Since the end of the Second Coming of the End Times, Mortals across Jeharr have taken to referring to it as the "Trench Crisis."
