Gaulgulis, God of Damnation
Tragedy Hatred Torment (a.k.a. The Lord Progenitor)
Divine Domains
Tempest, Death, Order Those faithful to the fallen creator are few and far between. The followers of Gaulgulis suffer a brutal life, pushed away or worse by the vast majority of mortals. Those that swear themselves to the Lord Progenitor damn themselves to eternally serve their creator and defy the rest of the insolent Gods of Internus. All followers of Gaulgulis seek to please the Lord Progenitor such that they will be allowed to rest at the center of The Below until the day that they rise beside Gaulgulis and return to reclaim Jeharr.
Tenets of Faith
Tragedy, Hatred, Torment To the few who answer the call of the greatest of the Divine Builders, these tenets are their sole focus and purpose in life.
Holidays
The followers of the God of Damnation celebrate no holidays, although there is a day of great mourning, The Great Expulsion. While the worshipers of the defiler Gods celebrate their misdeeds, the followers of the Lord Progenitor mourn the death of Ito, the True God of Creation, and the subsequent formation of Gaulgulis. It is said that on this day the Lord Progenitor will return to reclaim Ito's masterpiece.
Divine Goals & Aspirations
Jeharr, the mortal plane, Ito's masterpiece, has been perverted by meddlesome, treacherous Gods. Mortals being pulled in a thousand different directions by inclinations or instinct, it's all wrong and the work of the Gods. Even the few followers of Gaulgulis irredeemable, having only seen a sliver of the truth. They are worthy only to share in Gaulgulis' damnation and eventual rightful return to Internus.
Gaulgulis, God of Damnation, was trapped in an extended slumber by all of the other treacherous Gods of Internus. It is the single minded determination of the Lord Progenitor to return to Internus and escape that which binds the God of Damnation in The Below, the final, wretched construction of the Primordial Gods. The Below is Gaulgulis' prison and place of torment specially created to house the God of Damnation.
Gaulgulis has no feuds or rivalries with other Gods, only sheer hatred for all of the defilers and defiled. Despite the God of Damnation's slumbering state, it is well known that the Lord Progenitor is diametrically opposed to every other Primordial God as well as the Ancient Gods. It is presumed that Gaulgulis would also oppose the Modern Gods given that they are derived of mortals that were tainted and due to their connections with the Ancient and Primordial Gods.
