While attuned and wearing Angry Hide, the wearer can push themselves beyond the normal limits for a moment, but is in a constant state of agitation.

• It adds a +1 to armor while raging
• The wearer can push themselves beyond the normal limits for a moment, and take one additional action (Action surge). Once you use this feature, you must finish a short or long rest before you can use it again.
