On Hit: This arrow deals the attack’s damage, and then the user rolls 5d8, akin to Sleep spell. If the total is higher than the target’s remaining hit points, it falls Unconscious for 1 minute:

• - If less than the total, the arrow’s use is expended, and creature is Unaffected.
• - If the target takes damage or another creature uses an action to shake the creature awake, the effect ends.

On a Critical Hit: The effect is doubled in Potency, making the total Hit points affected 10d8
