Othemar
Othemar is the capital of the Digari Kingdom. One of the first settlements established by the newly arrived Sapportian Elves, Othemar has long been a melting pot of Ozerian and outside influences. With the support of the Antakan King Sanmar and his daughter Queen Senwu, Othemar managed to preserve it's independence and that of the surrounding countryside from the ever encroaching Beshi.
