Chyoh Efro was the ruler of the county of Ema during the time period of the Northern War. His reign saw the state expand to cover the nearby counties of Mader and Ent.
He was a pragmatic ruler who served the interests of Glerigh Jason, king of Etha in order to protect his realm. Unfortunately, after the Second Great Nivagran Host began, most of his realm was subsumed by the invaders.
