Panoply
The kit worn by Spartan inspired warriors in Ares Mars Olympia & Leonidas Olympia's Mora, each item is designed by Hephaestus Vulcan Olympia or in the case of armour underlay, one of his Forge Masters. Made precise for the specific warrior's body, receiving their Panoply is a gift of devotion from the gods each Spartan adores.
They become responsible for their panoply, rather dying than losing a single piece.

Manufacturing
As I would rather not be thrown into the fires of a volcano, I shall at this point refrain from further discussion on how the Panoply of Ares' beloved Spartans is constructed beyond this: Each piece aside from the armour under layer is crafted by Hephaestus' hands.
It is the collective gift of a god, in recompense for ills suffered eons prior. As much as it is the symbol of a Spartan's devotion to Ares, it is also a sigil of forgiveness between brothers.
