Calibanite Freeman

The Freeman comprise the majority of the Calabanite peoples forming the bulk of the country's population. They are people unable to pass the magical test of citizenship. Freeman are the laborers, soldiers, and craftsmen of the society Freeman have 1/7 of a vote in the electoral process.

Skills (Aware): You have proficiency with Perception and Land Vehicles
Freeman's Right: You have proficiency with Scimitars, Short swords and daggers.
Magical Envy: You may choose 1 of the following cantrips: Mending, Message, or Prestidigitation. You may cast that spell up to 3 times per day. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability.
