Dant-Miog

Dant-Miog was the Elvish root word for 'Sky Feline'.
Though it was feline, this leonine beast had a batlike face with tufted ears along with a wide body along with flaps of skin attached between its legs and torso. There were three razor short claws on each paw.
The creature was flat and its tail was chubby and flat as well which helped it glide through the forest. The fur was mottled golden brown.
If you saw it from above it might look like leaves on the forest floor and the bottom of its body was silvery grey.
It had vestigial claws on its flaps (to hold on to things when leaping through the forest).
