Greckan Corsair

Greckos is a small island chain approximately 100 miles southeast of Brevane. It is inhabited almost exclusively by Pirates, Corsairs, and general miscreants. It is known for seasoned sailors, fighters, and carousers. Greckos welcomes all folk, regardless of species.
Do I really need to describe what they look like? It's a buttload of pirates.

Ability score increase: Dexterity increases by 1
Skills (Pirate's Life): You have proficiency with Intimidation or Athletics
Rum, Rum, Bottles of the Stuff: You have advantage on Constitution rolls made to resist the effects of alcohol.
Sailor: You Have Proficiency with Vehicles (Water) and navigators tools.
Pirates Tools: You have proficiency with Scimitars, Daggers, Handaxes, Light Crossbows and Hand Crossbows.
