Keld's Blessing

Keld's Blessing was the common name for a battle drug found in many parts of Jushara.
Made from a mix of Gormin Blossom, nettle and sage, this thick blue paste was traditionally applied as war paint, as the active ingredients were absorbed through the skin.
Effects: 1 Hour, +2 damage to melee attacks, and the user gains one use of the Action Surge ability. When the effect elapses the user would make a DC25 Constitution saving throw or recieve a -2 penalty to Strength and Dexterity checks and attack rolls for the next 1d12 hours.
