Revan
Revan was a guild artisan who hailed from Caliban spent the majority of her life in her fathers forge learning his trade and helping support their family business while her mother tended the house and finances. She showed great talent for smithing early on, by the time she became a young teenager she was creating things that seemed nothing short of miraculous - because they were.
By the age of 14 Revan discovered her artificer abilities and used them to bring extra income for her family, making magical trinkets or fixing things unable to be repaired by normal methods.
Her human, nonmagical parents used this to emphasize how special she was. To be born magical to nonmagical parents was unheard of. They told her she could see clearly in the dark like an elf because she was special too.
Revan believed she was human but in reality, was half elve born of illegitimate relations between her mother and a sun elve who left when she was conceived. Her mother quickly remarried a human man and they agreed to have the child's ears cropped to appear rounded at a young age, which they did.
Revan lived a happy, supported, human life despite this. She lost her right leg below the knee in a smithy accident as a child but quickly took to building her own prosthetics; the one she wears as an adult was a bladed style that allowed some bounce and flexibility in her movements.
Not very tall, Revan stood 5'5" with a pear shaped physique and well muscled arms evident of her time at the forge. Her skin was dark coppery brown with black curls bound into huge symmetrical buns on either side of her head. She clanged when she walked from the amount of knicknacks, tools, and scraps she carried on her in multiple pouches at all times, as well as a sturdy smithing hammer that always seemed to return when thrown. A notable crossbow was rigged into her left hand which seemed to fire and reload without any effort from the wearer.
Revan left home in hopes of acquiring funds for her ailing fathers business so he may retire and they could live comfortably.
Naive and quick to trust, she was eager to jump in to help even those she has not known long. She was known to travel with a small eldritch canon with metal chicken feet called Winston.
