Sister Willow
Sister Willow was the Bursar and Quartermaster for the The Ertazi Sisterhood of the Traveling Aunts that traveled through Kyneslund spreading the word of Erazmus. She was the chosen representative of the Ertazi Order of the Hand.
Willow was a bit aloof/distracted - she was always thinking of how to solve a problem you're not even aware of yet
but also as judgy as they come.

Personal history
Willow was orphaned - raised by Sisters of the Order. It was all she'd ever known. She was assigned to the Hand and took to it and became a capable administrator in training.
In her 20s she studied urban planning, and took several week-long trips to the edge of Ertazi borders to gain first-hand experience with supply requisitioning and apprentice under an experienced surveyor and cartographer.
She liked to sing.
