Half Elf / Half Dwarf abomination. He was imprisoned since infancy. Was offered a choice, you can rot in prison, or you can fight for us and became a member of a military force, specifically that of the Elyrian Concord.
They can track him via blood magic (and our commanding officer knows the deal)
