The Lynbrook Accords

The Lynbrook Accords was a treaty between the Kingdom of Halad and the Yorgen Confederacy which designated the free city of Lynbrook as a neutral ungoverned area. After numerous conflicts and several border wars, both nations agreed to prevent any goverments control over Lynbrook. This included autonomous rule.

Purpose

To prevent further conflict over tarrifs on the Northern Strait
