Vinepepper

Vinepepper was a type of plant indigenous to the foothills of the Eastern Maw Mountains, especially Halad. Vinepepper had a smaller, violently hot subspecies often reffered to as "Ogrim's Beard" and a more easily palatable variety that grew wild in the region called either floatpepper or simply vinepepper.
Growing in long tendrilious vines from a single source, it was often found in higher altitudes, adjacent to water.
Smoked Vinepepper was a common Haladi ingredient.
