A boutique where nobody seems to buy anything
Located near the parking lot of a small shopping mall, this store sells all sorts of clothes and accessories. It doesn't have any particular theme or selling point, and it doesn't favor any trends or brands.
Clients
It attracts people who likes to explore different options or don't know what they are looking. Other visitors are just passing time or noticed something they want from the outside. Regular clients are people who had noticed that is possible to find things that were discontinued or sold out earlier in the year, as well as products that other stores rejected.Employees
There is usually two clerks at the store. They are supposed to follow around the clients with too many pockets and always be available for any questions, but most of them are barely present; they aren't paid enough to care and take too many turns or have another job or studies and their brains are somewhere else or half sleep. They will smile at you anyway, of course. They don't want to be fired.

Author's Notes
This is actually a random, ordinary store. Yes, people enters to see more than they do to buy, but the title is more of a private joke, or maybe even a hint for potential readers of Obliviously Evil.
