The Pines

Run of the mill student apartments. These buildings are located at the edge of campus with easy access to major roads, making it a favorite for any with jobs or an active city life. Fairly no fuss in terms of school spirit and events compared to other residential halls, thus it is also mostly occupied by seniors. This also means you can’t be terribly surprised if you’re woken up by a party every other night though.
Accommodations: half are two bedroom apartments, the rest are three bedroom apartments. Each come with a fridge, stove, microwave, and sink. All have shower/tub combos, but only some have two bathrooms. There are only communal laundry rooms at the back of the small complex. Some small decoration is allowed in walkways and if you’re lucky enough to have a balcony.
