Cairn of Storms

Located in the nation of Gal'arrin, the Cairn of Storms is a formation of several massive sharp rocks that juts out of the ground. They have the look of being placed there, and not of a natural formation. The most notable fact about the formation is that the Cairn and surrounding areas have been under the constant clouds of a storm that began at somepoint during the era known as "The World Anew".
