Liu-Xiao/Jinlong

Liu-Xiao is the current Daimyo of Feng-Nao, and more impressively, is the only Daimyo to ever rule Feng-Nao since it was founded. She is known to be an accomplished arcanist and has particular mastery in the school of abjuration. Liu-Xiao cares little for the events that transpire outside her purview and though she acts haughty and aloof, she cares fiercely for the well-being and prosperity of her people. Outwardly, Liu-Xiao appears to be a woman in her mid 30's and touts the trademark bronze skin of Feng-Nao's citizens. In reality, Liu-Xiao is over 1000 years old.

Jinlong

Liu-Xiao's true identity is that of an ancient gold dragon named Jinlong. With Saiha's permission, Jinlong has reigned as Daimyo of Feng-Nao since the city's inception. Jinlong uses the banks of mist that surround the city to enter and probe the sleeping minds of anyone within 6 miles of the city to conduct a quick background check on any newcomers to Feng-Nao. Should any unsavory individuals attempt to enter the city, she will either send the Sword Jockey's to drive the away or she may use magic to erase the cities existence from their memories.
