Shukuchi Masaharu

The young Daimyo of Taki-Hoshi. At the age of 20, Masaharu is the youngest person to rise to the status of Daimyo in the past 50 years. Even before becoming the Daimyo, his quick wit and economic sense have been a boon to Taki-Hoshi and are largely the reason that Taki-Hoshi has retained its status as one of Kōryō's Great Cities.
His soft smile and kind demeanor seem to attract misfortune however. First, during the Rokazu Crisis, and second, during the Second Great Yokai War when Setsuna the Flood conquered the city. But even in the face of overwhelming danger, Masaharu kept his composure and did his best to protect his family and people until the Resistance was able to free the city.
