Tao-Tei

Located on a large plateau to the north of Feng-Nao , the wild and raucous Si-Xiong settlement of Tao-Tei is less of a proper city and more of a "hub"  where Si-Xiong wanderers can gather for food, rest, and supplies.  The plateau is ringed with sharp log spikes and boulders with a single entrance to the south. The war tortoises and Tao-Wu that the Si-Xiong use for transportation are tethered and kept in pens surrounding the plateau.

There are no proper buildings in Tao-Tei; instead, the Si-Xiong live in leather and hide tents and tipi like structures covered with furs. Smoke pits around the city sting the eye and fill the air with scents of spices and smoked meats. Si-Xiong laugh, dance, drink, and fight. The overall nature of the city is jovial and carefree.
