Kadour (Kuh dewer) is a diverse and dynamic planet that is similar in many ways to Earth. It has similar continents and oceans, but the land masses are arranged slightly differently. The climate is also similar to Earth's, with a variety of biomes including forests, deserts, mountains, and grasslands.   One major difference between Kadour and Earth is the presence of magic. Throughout the planet, there are ancient standing stones, known as "ley lines," which are believed to be the source of magical power. People have learned to harness this power for a variety of purposes, from healing to spell-casting.   Humans, dwarves, elves, half-elves, halflings, half-orcs, gnomes, tielflings and dragonborn are the intelligent species that call Kadour home. They all have formed their own societies, cultures and some of them have even built their own civilizations. The human civilization is the most dominant, but elves and dwarves have also built impressive settlements. Half-elves, halflings, gnomes, tieflings and dragonborn live in smaller communities, sometimes integrated with other societies, sometimes form their own. The half-orcs, meanwhile, are often seen as outcasts and live in small, isolated tribes.   Each species has its own unique characteristics, whether it be the dwarves' skill with metalworking or the dragonborn's natural ability to breathe fire. Many of the species have their own legends and myths that have been passed down through the generations. These stories tell of great heroes and powerful wizards who have shaped the world and its inhabitants.   Over the centuries, several powerful empires have risen and fallen on Kadour, leaving behind impressive ruins and ancient artifacts. Adventurers and treasure hunters are constantly seeking these hidden treasures and uncovering new mysteries about the planet's past.   While there is a lot of wonder and beauty on Kadour, there are also dangers. Dark wizards and powerful monsters pose a constant threat to travelers and settlers. People in Kadour have to be very cautious and well prepared.   Overall, Kadour is a place of wonder and adventure, where ancient magic and powerful technology coexist, and where different races coexist and interact. A melting pot of cultures and traditions, where the brave and the bold can make a name for themselves, and where one can find a sense of belonging.
