The High Father is just one more tyrant The Iron Face another ravening warrior The Lord of Sand claims too many innocent victims The Whisper was never trusted or beloved Only The Lady of Sanctuary has some adherents still for the comfort that prayers to her can bring

Temples and shrines were sacked and holy things despoiled or stolen. Supernatural horrors often attend the old places of worship. The people have had enough of such things.
