The Raven Queen
The Raven Queen is the Celestial god of the Death domain. Her titles include the Lady of the Dead, Judge of the Damned, The Great Guide, Master of the Crystal Spire, Lady of the Crystal Spire, Lady Death, Death Lady, and the Goddess of Death.
Unlike most deities, she doesn’t make an effort to herald her presence to mortals. Theologians have debated that this is due to the nature of her work, and only making herself known to the soul of a person after that individual has already passed on.
The Raven Queen did not initially possess or manifest a physical form, and has since reverted back to appearing as a miscellany of symbols, perceptions, and images. During the limited time period where she presented as an avatar, it was that of a human warrior with a dark, tanned face, piercing green eyes, and a black, wild mane with gray streaks. She was depicted as being clad in chainmail and dark leather, and always wore a wide belt with a large, cabochon-cut cat's eye jewel in the front.
The Raven Queen divine realm is said to be a castle known as the Fortress of Memories located on the Celestial plane. It is described as a place of overwhelming sorrow, overflowing with memories taken from mortals and fragments of dead deities, material objects brought to her as gifts, and apparitions of creatures and places associated with strongly emotional stories. Swarms of ravens are said to occasionally fly out of the fortress, taking her cryptic messages to the far reaches of the multiverse and acting as the Queen's eyes and ears while away.
Her holy symbol depicts a raven perched on a set of scales in balance. Servants of The Raven Queen are usually clad in somber gray vestments and brandish hand-and-a-half swords, or bastard swords.

The Raven Queen is worshiped by a loosely connected following; much of their understanding of their own religion has been lost to time, and there is much debate over this god’s will. Her followers are modest. They can build temples, make congregations, and mostly worship unmolested. A few scattered congregations exist around the world.
The Raven Queen's follwers are known as "the death clergy," and have many duties; most involve tending to the last wishes of the dying and providing burial services to those who die alone. They also set out to cure diseases and defend people from monsters so that folk do not die before their time. Their ultimate, and arguably most important task, is the destruction of undeath in all its various forms as it is an affront to the Raven Queen. Elite priests are known as Doomguides.
