The Sleeping Giant

This rundown tap house is a dirty, dangerous watering hole at the end of Malginess' main street. It is frequented by Redbrand thugs.

Location

The building is located at the end of the main street to the east of Malginess, which ends in Tresendar Manor.

Atmosphere

The Sleeping Giant is owned by a surly dwarf named Grista Kettlecopp, whose rude demeanor reflects the quality (or lack thereof) of the pub itself. It is the favored watering hole for cruder folk, and catered mostly to gnome and tiefling miners, as well as ruffians. The bar is filthy and poorly maintained, and townsfolk are known to dissuade visitors from going there.

Architecture

It is marked as a tavern by a sign depicting a prone giant and by its porch, which has several empty barrels of ale on display.
