Hilyra, Cradle of Peace
Hilyra, Cradle of Peace, is the goddess of protection, peace, family and love. She watches over the lost and those currently separated from their loved ones.
Hilyra Quileth
Before Hilyra became the Cradle of Peace, she lived in a small village in the east of Kaigan. The half-elf had just given birth to a child with her husband and had planned to live a peaceful life together on their small homestead, raising their child while gaining money as a herbalist and healer, with her husband working in the local inn.
Sadly, before their life could take off towards a bright future the war reached their village, destroying most of the houses with one well placed magic spell. Luckily for Hilyra, she was at that point gathering herbs outside the village, but when she came back she only found the remains of those she loved.
Devastated she tried to go on, but it was difficult. For her the The Zenith Revelation saved her, giving her a new purpose in her mourning, an outlet to direct her grief and anger towards those that destroyed her life, traveling westward to the only mountains she knew of. In her search she met up with various groups, lending her knowledge and expertise in the field of herbalism and healing to those in need, protecting and bringing peace where needed.
In the end she met up with a small group of only five others in desperate need of healing. They travelled together through the hazardous mountains and later through the clearly man made cave structure to finally find the The Spellblade.
Cradle of Peace
After ascension Aviën saw her internal grief and pain, but also her drive to protect her friends and family and her love for her travel companions. He looked at her actions and the peace she brought for those in need, giving her her new name: Cradle of Peace. She would protect families and loved ones and bringing peace to those searching for it.

Aw that's a very sad backstory for Hilyra! Losing her baby and her husband in one fell swoop... Very sad indeed! D:
Yeah it is :( war is not fun in the slightest
That's true! War is not something that should ever be romanticized. D:
