Baron Clarence Modeen the second

As the only recognized son of the Grand duke of the Borderlands, is a spitting image of a younger version of his father. Known to rarely leave the palace and never has been seen outside of Helkirk. Clarence is well versed in politics and like his father has an uncanny way about him that makes people want to help him in all ways. He is a gifted orator and a master when delegating any and all tasks needing to be done.
He insists everyone call him My Baron , and those that do not have been known to bring out a dark-side that shocks all those in witness. He has been known to beat a person near to death for not calling him by his official title.This strikes people as odd for he is known to have his knights do everything for him, so to see him actually hitting someone is strange at best.
