Baron/Baroness

This title is ones for those under the Duke, given by those ranked higher, like a Duchess or Grand duke. Usually of noble birth but knights have been known to be given this title in appreciation of their actions. A Baron also is one of ruler-ship, they will be assigned land and expected to care for its people and to take care of daily laws. They answer directly to the Duke in all manners.
