Fallow hills

Located in the Grand duchy of Elmast,The Fallow hills are home to many creatures and bandits. Also a number of ruins scatter the area as the old imperial road cuts along its spine.
In the year 23AN a warlord only known as The Horned one used this very hills as his main base of operations.
Just in the last two years a number of Uruk have been spotted here, mainly Gnolls and goblins. The village of Melforten has issued a plee for help from these Uruk as they have been gathering forces under the banner of a powerful chief by the name of Grishnak, an albino gnoll of ahsome strength. With the war taking the much needed veteran knights for the war effort, there is limited action the empire can take to clear these hills out.
The local lords have pooled together a bounty in hopes of heros to come and claim it.
So far many have tried but all have failed,the fallows claim the lost souls of the fallen.

Found in the Duchy of Elmast,You could categorize the hills as more mountains then hills due to the craggy way the rock is split and edged like teeth, as well as some of the great heights a few of the peaks get to. Marked by many ruins and dungeons, the Fallow Hills looks like a slash made with a mighty blade. Some say it was the place of battle in the wars of the gods eons ago. Many adventurers have gone into the hills and returned with stories of blood mages and orcs as well as ancient pre-notime Artifacts.
The dangers are great but so are the rewards.As many that have returned there are 100 times the number that never came out. Many Uruk call these hills home and there have been sightings of dragons and wyverns as well.
