Milton

A small village built on old elven ruins, on the edge of Miltons swamp. Previously The town was a bandit fort lead by a Lizard-man of the Sis'swa. He would terrorize the near by road and rob travelers but when a group of adventurers calledthe band of the hand  showed up and defeated the group they decided to make this a home base. They then explored the nearby swamp, making discoveries of old artifacts predating Notime. The leader of the Band of the Hand was Milton and so it was named after him as well as the swamp.
At one time there were many Sis'swa tribes in these marshes, but Milton and his party cleared most out and chased the rest across the Dunborough river.Where they have remained to this day.
