Shallows of the Dead

Geography

As far as Lakes go, this one can almost be called a Mire instead, as its average depths are only  about 3-5 feet. The center of the lake can get to twice this, but is rarely visited to prob its mirky lakebed.
There are ruins that pop out but are hard to see as the whole lake holds a continuous fog across its surface.
The whole place is bogged down with mud, making travel by foot nearly impossible.
