Statue of the horned one

this is a statue found in the heart of the Fallow hills range in Elmast.
A group of adventurers examined it and with the aid of a Dwarf that knows his away with stone work and machinery,figured out that it pivots in place and will move given some help.Its purpose has not been revealed but a small compartment in the back opened to reveal a Onyx Mask.
