the Common Saints
The symbol of the gang is a beam of holy light on a black eagle.
Structure
The Bishop is the boss and runs the gang, He has his "deacan" who enforce his will. The other members are called Flock or Brother/sister
Culture
The main core of the gang are hard working Helkirkians who are dissatisfied with the immortal duke and his decadent ways. Out side of the walls, the Saints are called helsangels and are a welcome sight as trust in the Helguard is low, they turn to the saints for most of their needs. Inside the walls they are rarely seen and thought of as just another gang.
Public Agenda
They control the area outside of the wall past the North gate, providing protection to the locals. They have been seen at rallies for fair treatment for the common folk.
Assets
It is known they run a pub called "the spread eagle"
History
the story goes that 15 years ago Cyle Mctaggin was robbed and beaten to death by a couple of ruffians. The local Helguards were called in and they considered the crime unsolvable, even going so far as to accuse Cyle for making it up to get out of work. The next day Cyle Mctaggin died from his wounds causing the locals to protest the crown on its policy of protection. This was answered in kind with silence and no changes. Angered civilians came together and started policing the streets themselves and actually cleaned them up somewhat. Then came the Bishop. He cave the people cause and a feel of community. He also taught that to protect your neighborhood you must be strong and do what needs to be done. Over the years the cause grew and became what it is today. Now the neighborhood outside the walls has a outsiders vs insiders feel. But at least the streets are more pleasant....
